Julie LaTerra Homes, custom on your lot, "Made From Scratch" home builder. I thought that it might be fun to show you how much fun you can have designing your brand new "Made From Scratch" Custom Home with Julie LaTerra Homes. I am so proud of our "Fresh Approach to Building Your New Home" and above you can see two very different looking homes which share nearly identical floor plans.
The home at the top of the page is a home that we designed for one of our customer's and the inspiration for their design was our proprietary floor plan, the "Vera". They felt everything needed to be bigger so we enlarged most of the rooms and then added a 2-story stone fireplace in the front entrance. I then asked our new home designer to do something different with the exterior so that I could show you our ability to make a home look like anything you would desire. You can see that he changed the position of the garage and reversed the plan to make the same exact home look completely different.
I am so proud of Julie LaTerra Homes because we have a full staff of trained professionals who are committed to excellence. The entire staff at Julie LaTerra Homes is constantly looking for ways to get better in design, or a new way to provide even better custom service. We are committed to making the custom new home building experience fun and exciting, the way it should be.
